To do so we have created what we refer to as The Lucky 13 Program, which translates to the first thirteen to sign up for any one of our retreats receiving the absolute lowest, first time attendee price possible at:

* THE second 13, who sign up, get in for $795

* The third 13, get in for $895

How do you know which potentially discounted price will be available to you?

Simple. There are three ways to find out:

1) You can call our office (928-203-0265), tell one of our retreat coordinators which retreat you are interested in attending and ask what discount spaces are available or

2)   Upon signing up for the retreat of your choice through this site and then checking out, enter in the discount code for the deepest discount possible (695). If a space at that price is available, you will be offered it through our shopping cart. If not, enter the price for the second deepest discount available (795). If a space at that price is available, you will be offered it through our shopping cart. If not, enter the price for the third deepest discount available (895) and so on.

3)   If registering via the recommendation of one our affiliates, mention that person’s name upon either calling our office or doing so through our site to get the absolute lowest price available.


Payment Plans Available

You can take advantage of the discount options and an installment plan by dividing payment over as many months as you would like leading up to 10 days before the retreat of your choice. Call our office now to make arrangements: 928-203-0265. PLEASE NOTE: RETREAT CHARGES WHEN PAID IN PAYMENTS CARRY WITH THEM AN EXTRA $100 ADDED ONTO THE TOTAL FEE FOR THE RETREAT.

Working Scholarships Available for Adults Low on cash but want to write your book real bad, and you don’t qualify for any of the scholarships for high school or college students (for info on these – go to Scholarships)? A limited number of working scholarships are available for each of Tom’s retreats that enable you to work off a significant portion of the retreat fee by performing a number of tasks (you choose which one). If you need to postpone your retreat, here is our policy.
Retreat Transfer  Policy
All monies paid for a retreat are non-refundable, they can, however, be transferred once within a twelve month period , to a later retreat.  Retreat transfers can be done up to ten days prior to the start of the retreat for which you originally registered. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO EITHER OF THE SANTA FE RETREATS WE WILL BE HOLDING IN 2013  OR THE KNOXVILLE RETREAT. IN ALL THREE CASE, ANY MONIES PAID TOWARD A RETREAT ARE SIMPLY NONREFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. In the unlikely event of the cancellation of a retreat due to illness, injury or death, a makeup retreat will be scheduled in the same area for a date no more than 12 months after the original date of the retreat cancelled. At the time of any cancellation due to injury, illness or death, registered participants can either transfer, at no extra charge, their registration to the makeup retreat or to any other already scheduled retreat in that 12 month period.
